PHIL DUNCAN

Phil is a native Californian who was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He attended the Master’s University in Southern California, and graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Ministries. Phil joined the firm in January of 2000 after a sixteen-year career at Federal Express. As a Registered Representative with United Planners Financial Services, Phil is here to assist you with every aspect of your relationship with FireSky Financial. Whether it involves scheduling an appointment, completing an application, or if you have questions about your account, Phil’s goal is that you would experience a high level of satisfaction with our firm.

Phil has been married to his wife Diana since 1988. They have five children and four grandchildren. He is actively involved in his local church and enjoys being a long-distance runner. Phil spends his free time following baseball and the San Francisco Giants in addition to reading, listening to music and traveling. Some of his travels have taken him to Vietnam, Thailand, and India. However, his favorite vacation destination is the Central California Coast.
